Welcome to Pixel Decoder Blog

Welcome to the Pixel Decoder!

I am friedfish, a big fan of computer vision and photogrammetry (especially those related to 3D). For me, it feels so magical that 3D objects can be restored by just using several 2D images and the applications of computer vision technologies to transform our daily lives.

I hope that we can build a community by sharing and discussing this knowledge with those in need on a regular basis. Thus, I decided to start the blog, distill the knowledge, and share the insights.

In this Pixel Decoder blog, I plan to share these categories of content:

  • photogrammetry and computer vision theory
  • practical guides / coding or automation tricks
  • interesting articles or research sharing

These contents cover the theory, practical, and latest research, and my goal is to convey this knowledge clearly and in detail. If you have any suggest on the topics, please share it to me in the comment session.

Lastly, the blog will be posted every week, please stay tuned!
